Alex has been part of the Little Birch Pre-School team for 9 years, originally joining the Pre-School Management Committee in 2014 as Treasurer, taking on the role of Chair in 2016. is passionate about Little Birch and providing our families and children with a nurturing and exciting Pre-School environment. Alex took the role of Pre-School Manager in January 2020, she has a Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma, Level 3 Early Years SENDCO Diploma and is currently studying for Early Years Qualified Teacher Status.

Kerry joined Little Birch at the beginning of 2019 as Deputy Pre-School Manager and has 18 years experience working with children. She holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years and a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
